Pawel Tomasz Wasilewski popularly known as Paul Wesley, is an Oscar-winning director and actor best known for his role in the well-known television drama show The Vampire Diaries. His work on the series has brought him numerous awards, nominations and accolades. They include those of the Teen Choice Awards and the "Young Hollywood Awards". He was born in New Brunswick New Jersey in the United States Wesley showed an desire to act during the time of his education. He then enrolled at Rutgers University. After realizing that his acting abilities could make a difference in a career, he chose to drop out. He made his first TV appearance in The American TV soap opera Another World. The CBS Network broadcast 'Wolf Lake' two years after his first appearance on television. He reached the top of his professional career when he started playing Stefan Salvatore in the American television series The Vampire Diaries. The series has seen him conduct a handful of episodes. Following his first appearance as a film star in The Last Run, he appeared in many other movies.
